Avocado Bacon and Eggs

So today's recipe isn't a sweet one but it's definitely delicious! Just by looking at the pictures, you get soooo hungry and the best part is that it's so simple and easy to make. The ingredients are easy to find and I bet you already have them at home.

Below you can find the picture with the steps to follow. You can also find the original recipe on annanimmity

Avocado Bacon and Eggs
1 Avocado
2 eggs
Cooked Bacon, crumbled
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out enough avocado so that the eggs fit in there and don't spill out. Place the avocados in a muffin pan so they don't move around and put the eggs inside of each half. Add bacon on top of the egg. Place in the oven for 15 minutes or when the egg is cooked.

As easy as that you have a delicious breakfast or snack!

Nutella Pies

Today I'mg going to share a quick and easy recipe that will only take you about 15 minutes to do it. I've been making this dessert almost every Sunday morning because it's so delicious!

Below you'll find the picture with the steps to follow. (It's so simple that you don't even need a recipe!)

I bought Puff Pastry to make it even faster. You can it find it in any supermarket in the freezer section. You'll need about 2 sheets of Puff Pastry (thawed) and as much Nutella as you want to use. You can use marshmallows like in the picture or leave them out. Both options will be delicious!

Enjoy them! I bet you'll love them!

CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD

I usually bake on Sundays so that my husband and I have something sweet for the week. One of my husband's favorite dessert is Banana bread and I love making it because it's so simple and I always have the ingredients handy. So a couple of weeks ago while I was on Pinterest I found a recipe for chocolate banana bread and it looked soooo good that I knew I just had to try it. I made it that weekend and it was so delicious that it only lasted us like 2 days! (It goes great with a good cup of coffee)

The recipe is so simple you only need a couple of ingredients and I bet you already have them at home!

It's originally from Whisk and Knife but below you can find the recipe and steps to follow.

Ingredients
  • 3-4 medium, over ripe bananas (I used 4 because I had 4, but 3 goes perfectly well)
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt or milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or paste
Steps to Follow
  1. Peel and mash bananas.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sugars with oil.
  3. Whisk in eggs, one at a time.
  4. Add in the vanilla and whisk to combine.
  5. Fold in mashed bananas.
  6. Combine flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl.
  7. Fold in half of the flour mixture, followed by half of the yogurt or milk.
  8. Fold in the second half of flour and yogurt/milk.
  9. Pour into a loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40-45 minutes until skewer inserted has no trace of wet batter. As the banana content is quite high, the skewer would not be completely clean but will definitely have sticky traces.
  10. Cool and cut into generous slices!
